OMG records general information about visitor behaviour, using both its own statistics and Google Analytics. The purpose of monitoring this behaviour is to optimise the website to meet visitors' needs.

As part of its services, OMG records data in its database for the purpose of using OMG services.

We use tracking pixels in our emails to analyse how many recipients open our messages and which parts of the email attract interest. These insights help us continually improve the content and relevance of our communications. Analyses are carried out exclusively at an aggregated (group) level. We therefore do not examine the behaviour of individual recipients, but only general trends and statistics.
