In 1998, when the internet was still in its infancy, the foundations were laid for what we now know as affiliate marketing. Founded by Edwin Basten, Kees Zegers and Sacha Prins under the Netdirect name, we were the first in the Netherlands to achieve success with affiliate marketing.

Edwin Basten has led OMG since 2005. Under his leadership, the organisation has evolved from a specialist network into a strategic partner that helps brands reach their online audiences and make every step of the buyer journey smarter and more effective.
